Park

Saturday (March 20) we had a couples get together at the Mission Home. We have two

couples that are going home and two new couples that have just arrived. On our

way there we drove up the coast line. It was a nice drive - these are

a few homes and a park that we passed. The homes even have yards! We also saw

two lemonade stands!

Think Spring is Coming!

Friday we took a walk through part of Central Park - it was about 70 degrees. It was

really nice - the trees are starting to bud out and you can't see them very good - but there are

a few tulips in bloom in this picture.

I saw a fireman go up this ladder - then on to the roof.

Saturday we had a Career Workshop for Professionals.

Cathedral of Saint John the Divine - construction began in 1892 - claimed to be the largest Cathedral in the world. It is right next to our apartment.

Tom's Restaurant

Friday evening we went with Elder and Sister Kigin to Tom's Restaurant - not far from our apartment - where Seinfeld was filmed.

Snow in New York!

Yes - those are cars under the snow in the back!
